How many of you fail to accomplish the goals you set in your New Year's resolution? Do you ever set any goals? Do you think about why you weren't able to achieve your goals?
Some of my friends complain that they don't have enough money to pay their bills, holidays and upgrade to better lifestyles, don't have time to spend with their family and start their own business, fail to lose 5 kg, lack of focus to concentrate on their projects, lack of motivation to get things done or started, etc… Does any of these sounds like you? From my own experience interacting with my friends and acquaintances around, I found that there are generally top 3 frustrations in life that prevent them reaching their goals.

Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils such as chamomile or lemon balm in a therapeutic style. Why not burn some essential oils after a busy day or use an aromatic candle in a relaxing hot bath.

I have a small but prolific garden. In my wisdom I have decided to turn it into a wildlife friendly garden (in other words let it grow wild!). It is a delight to see it filled with birds by day and to see the hedgehogs come out when the sun sets.
