Not only did one turn up but we also found that we could offer free webhosting to our readers. Now, it might not suit everybody because it does come with a little line of text at the bottom of each page that links to us but it seems to work pretty well.
It is still a 'work in progress' but it does work and anybody can signup if they wish to. None of the pages look that good yet but they are being improved.
